VIP service is a concierge care for fewer patients than in a conventional practice. Though medical care is equal for all of our patients, this is summary of the benefits enrollee can get:- 15% discounts to all the services including esthetic procedures and all cosmetic and nutritional products are guarantied.
- We offer free age management and nutritional consultation. The usual cost of this appointment is $250.
- We provide a home visit, if medically necessary, by a certified physician assistant without additional charge.
- Comprehensive initial office visit.
- Thorough and detailed follow-up care.
- Preventive health screening, advice and care.
- Pre-operative medical clearance exams that is timely, efficient, and proactive for your care and comfort.
- Same day appointments for established patients and their family and friends.
- Travel advice and immunizations.
It should be noted that this annual fee is not a substitute for medical insurance, and does not cover consultations and laboratory procedures outside the practice, as well as medicines, hospitalizations or emergency care from other providers. Concierge medicine is direct medical care that used to describe a relationship with a primary care physician in whom the patient pays an annual fee or retainer. The annual cost for direct care medicine is $999.00 per year.
